Anonymous Call Rejection 
What is it?
Say goodbye to "Restricted" and "Anonymous" calls. With ITP Call Rejection, you
can prevent private callers from reaching you 2 ways:
Instructions
1. You can log into your account and toggle on/off Anonymous Call Rejection, found
on the top of your control panel.
or
2. You can dial *77 from your phone to activate Anonymous Call Rejection and dial
*87 to deactivate Anonymous Call Rejection.

Call Forwarding 
What is it?
Call Forwarding
Not Home? Have all your calls forwarded to another line.
To setup "Call Forwarding":
- Simply log into your account and select Edit under the FORWARD control panel.
- Select "Direct Forward" as the Forwarding Type.
- Select "Instantly Forward To" and Type the number you would like your calls forwarded to. (ie. Cell phone).
- Click Save.

Caller ID Block 
What is it?
When privacy is in order, you have the option of blocking your caller ID when making
phone calls.
To manage Caller ID Block for all calls:
- You can log into your account and toggle on/off Caller ID Block, found on the
top of your control panel.
OR
- Dial *81 from your phone to
activate Caller ID Block for
all calls.
- Dial *68
to deactivate Caller
ID Block for all calls.
To manage Caller ID block for a single call:
- If Caller ID Block is turned on:
Dial *82 plus the phone number to
deactivate caller ID Block for
one call. (ex. *8212125551212)

Call Waiting 
What is it?
Call Waiting allows you to accept an incoming phone call while you are already on the phone.
Here's how it works:
- While you are on the phone, you will hear a beep indicating an incoming call.
- To answer the incoming call, press the telephone switch-hook or flash button
to answer the incoming call.
- To return to your first caller, press the switch-hook or flash button again.
How to manage your Call Waiting Feature
To activate Call Waiting, log into your account and toggle on/off Call Waiting, found on the top of your control panel.
You can also manage the Call Waiting feature from your phone. Here's how:
To manage Call Waiting for a single call:
Turn OFF Call Waiting Per Call
Dial *70 then the number.
To turn Call Waiting back on, hang up the phone.
Turn ON Call Waiting Per Call
Dial *71 then the number.
To turn Call Waiting back off, hang up the phone.
To manage Call Waiting for all calls:
Turn OFF Call Waiting For All Calls
Dial *57 and hang up.
Turn ON Call Waiting For All Calls
Dial *56 and hang up.
NOTE: CHANGES TO CALL WAITING THAT AFFECT ALL CALLS, MAY TAKE UP TO 15 MINUTES TO APPLY.

What is it?
Know who's on the line - in an instant, at a glance. Incoming phone numbers will be displayed before you answer.
Instructions
Caller ID will automatically display on your call information display on your phone or external call ID box.

Do Not Disturb 
What is it?
Prefer not to be bothered? With ITP you can set your phone to "Do Not Disturb".
Instructions
You can manage Do Not Disturb in 2 ways:
- Log into your account and select Enable Do Not Disturb found in your control panel.
or
- You can dial *78 from your phone to activate Do Not Disturb and dial *79 to deactivate Do Not Disturb.
Don't want to block all your calls?
With ITP you can selectively block or unblock certain phone numbers, using our white and black lists.
White List
To manage your White List, log into your account and select White List under Do Not Disturb found in your control panel. Enter which numbers you would like to receive. All other numbers will be blocked.
Black List
To manage your Black List, log into your account and select Black List under Do Not Disturb found in your control panel. Enter which numbers you would like to block. All other numbers will be allowed through.
Note: All blocked calls can be set to either play a message "The number you have dialed is currently unavailable" or you can forward the blocked calls to voicemail.

Speed Dial 
What is it?
Cut an 11 or more digit phone number down to size! Up to 100 assignable speed dial numbers.

Voicemail 
Voicemail
All of ITP's calling plans come with free voicemail.
To Setup Voicemail
- Dial 123# from your phone to access the voicemail box.
- You will be prompted to enter a password. The default password is 1234.
- Follow the simple instructions.
How do I know that I have a new voicemail?
- You will hear a stutter dial tone when you pick up your phone. (If your phone supports
it, the message light indicator will blink on the phone.)
- You can have the voicemail sent to your email.
- You can have a text sent to your cell phone.
Send your voicemail to your email or
text message:
- Log into your account.
- Select the line you wish to manage and click "Edit Voicemail" found in your control
panel.
- Enter your email address.
- If you're setting up text message notification, enter your cell phone number and
select your cellular provider from the drop down list.
You can access your voicemail 4 different ways:
From your phone:
- Dial 123# from your phone.
- Enter your password.
From any phone:
- Dial your phone number from any phone.
- When your voicemail greeting begins to play (Hello, you've reached….), press the
* key.
- You will then be prompted to enter your pin number.
From the web:
- Log into your account and click on "Message Center" found in your control panel.
- You will have the option of listening and deleting your messages.
From your email:
- Your voicemail will be sent to the email address you setup in the control panel.
- To hear your messages, click on the attached .wav file in the email.

3-Way Calling 
What is it?
Connect two parties onto the same call so that all three of you can talk at the same time.
Instructions
- Establish a call with the first party
- Press the telephone switch-hook or flash button to get a second dial tone
- Dial the telephone number of the second party
- Once the second party is connected, press the telephone switch-hook or flash button to conference all parties together

411 Directory Assistance 
What is it?
Your direct line to phone numbers, restaurants, plumbers and so much more.
Instructions
Simply dial 411 from your ITP phone. (Please note: additional charges may apply when using this feature)

Emergency Calling Service 
Emergency Calling Services (E911)
Dial 911 from your ITP line in an emergency. (Medical, Fire, Police)
To register your address for E911, log into
your ITP account and click 'Edit' from the E911 control panel. Update your address
and click 'Save'.
NOTE: Remember to update your E911 address, if your address changes.
If you dial 911 and you are unable to verbally
communicate, the emergency response team will be dispatched to the address you entered.

Universal Number 
What is it?
Whether you want a domestic U.S. or International number, the choice is yours!
Instructions
During sign-up for your calling plan you will be prompted to pick the area code or country you would like your phone number to be in.

Local Number Portability 
What is it?
Switching your phone service to us? Keep your existing number and port it to us.
Instructions
Simply send us a completed LOA form (found in the help section) and your most recent phone bill and we take care of the rest.

Online Account Management 
What is it?
Manage your call features online or by phone, quickly and easily. ITP allows it customers to login to our advanced control panel and view and change all your phone's settings with just a click.

Instant Call Records 
What is it?
The instant you hang up the phone, all the details of that call are available online for you to review.

Black List 
Black List
To manage your
Black List, log into your account and select Black List under Do Not Disturb
found in your control panel. Enter which numbers you would like to block. All other numbers will be allowed through.

Find Me 
What is it?
Don't want to miss that important phone call? Set your phone to "Simultaneous ring/ Find me" and have up to 3 lines ring at the same time.
To setup "Simultaneous ring/ Find me":
1. Simply log into your account and select Edit under the FORWARD control panel.
2. Select "Simultaneous ring/ Find me" as the Forwarding Type.
3. Enter up to 3 phone numbers.
When someone calls your phone, all the lines you set will ring at the same time.

Follow Me 
What is it?
Don't want to miss that important phone call? Set your phone to "Follow Me" and have up to 3 lines attempt to reach you one line at a time.
To setup "Follow Me":
1. Simply log into your account and select Edit under the FORWARD control panel.
2. Select "Follow Me" as the Forwarding Type.
3. Enter up to 3 phone numbers.
4. Set how many rings you would like each number to ring before it jumps to the next line.

Music On Hold 
Music on Hold
Need to place someone on hold? Let them hear some soothing music while waiting for
you to get back on the line. To place someone on hold with music, press the
FLASH button. Press the flash button a second time to return to the caller.
If you would like to place someone on hold without music, press the hold
button on the phone.

VIP Ring 
What is it?
Setup distinctive rings for your friends, family or clients so you know who is calling just by the sound of the ring.

Simply login into your account to view your online call records.

Forward On Busy

To setup "Forward on No Internet":

4. Set your calls to forward to your voicemail or enter a number to where you would
like to receive your calls (ie… Mobile Phone).

What is it?

In-Network Calls 
What is it?
Talk for free with friends and family who use ITP. Any calls placed to an ITP phone number will not be charged and will not count against your monthly minutes.
